Is there such a thing called Hookah Addiction? I think about a large number of our readers will never admit that they are addicted to Hookah. Is Hookah really addicting? Are Hookah smokers addicted to the social setting of smoking Hookah? Is recreational smoking the cause of people loving the taste and smoke of Hookah?

Tobacco contains nicotine, a highly addictive substance. But I know some smokers, who can withstand the test of time and put hookah aside for weeks. And I know people, who spend there life at hookah bars. I am not sure whether they like the atmosphere or have an uncontrollable addiction.

There are thousands of reports from scientists related to hookah and all of them differing in their research. So who is correct?

Well, I guess what I am trying to find out is everything is special in moderation. Too much of anything is bad. But how much hookah is moderation....
